TiMax is one of the most powerful audio matrix systems available. TiMax (the name is derived from Time Matrix) is a sophisticated control system intended for applications requiring accurate localisation of sound in a performance space or event arena.
TiMax enables the sound designer to utilise the principle of Precedence to simultaneously localise several different sounds to several different locations.
