The Digiface Dante by RME is a lightweight audio interface with Dante network connectivity. It’s also equipped with USB 3 and MADI, and comes complete with TotalMix software. This device functions in standalone mode and comes with extra network ports, which makes the Digiface Dante more than just any audio interface. It has a built-in switch so you can use up to four network lines at once without needing an extra switch for further distribution. Another handy features is the option to create a redundant network as a backup solution. Without the USB port, the Digiface switches automatically into a 64-channel Dante/MADI converter. You can configure the stereo output to have as many channels as you want for monitoring. Last but not least, the interface is bus-powered.
